La casaclub se sitúa en planta baja del Hotel buscando la cercanía con el campo de golf. Una cubierta ajardinada y un cuidadoso trabajo topográfico permiten que esta planta se integre como una ladera más dentro del recorrido del hoyo 9. Las bocas de salida al campo se presentan por ello “excavadas” en esta singular ladera artificial.

El hotel es una caja de piedra autónoma, elevada, con una geometría sencilla,  rotunda, reconocible desde la distancia, una referencia en el paisaje.

Entre estos dos usos, se sitúa la planta de restauración, totalmente acristalada y sobre la que “flota” el volumen de las habitaciones. Esta planta da servicio al golf y al hotel, con el restaurante  en el lado Este junto a los lagos, la cafetería hacia la terraza Sur, y el club social dominando el campo de golf.

Un motivo decorativo se repite en toda la construcción: Un dibujo en greca imita la formación geológica del fliss, estratos geológicos visibles gracias a la erosión. Este dibujo se muestra en los muros de hormigón en el exterior, en los muros de piedra y la mampara de vidrio-madera de planta baja y en el vidrio de las habitaciones del hotel.  Se trata de un diseño exclusivo que se ha convertido en la “Marca” del Hotel.

El edificio tiene una clara vocación pública, con espacios exteriores como son el jardín de acceso en planta baja, y el paseo peatonal junto al lago, que da acceso a las terrazas de planta primera desde donde se tienen unas hermosas vistas de los lagos y el campo de golf.

Golf zelaiaren gertutasuna bilatuz club-etxea hotelaren behe solairuan kokatzen da.  Landare estaldura eta topografiarekin eginiko lanari esker, solairu hau beste edozein ezponda baten moduan integratzen da 9. zuloaren ibilbidean. Golf-zelairako irteerak topografia honetan « zulo » itxura hartzen dute.

Hotela, geometria sinpledun harrizko kutxa autonomo bat da, zorrotza, urrunetik antzeman daitekeena, paisaiaren erreferentzia berri bat.

Bi erabilera ezberdin hauen artean jatetxe solairua kokatzen da, beiraz guztiz inguratua. Solairu honek hotela eta Golf Zelaia zerbitzatzen ditu: Jatetxea lakutik gertu, ekialdean. Kafetegia hegoaldeko terrazan eta klub soziala golf zelaiari begira.

Flyscharen itxura duen marrazkia errepikatzen da eraikin osoan zehar. Marrazki hau, hormigoizko hormetan, harrizko hormetan eta behe solairuko beirazko eta zurezko hormetan ikusten da. Diseinu hori esklusiboa da eta hotelaren « irudi » bilakatu da.

Eraikinean erabili diren materialak:  Bateig harrizko aplakatua estalkian eta fatxadetan. Carapeirazko zura kanpoaldeko zoruetan eta behe solairuko manparetan. Hormigoi armatuzko panel aurrefabrikatuak kanpo grekatuetan. Pizarra barne grekatuetan. Calatoraozkoharria eta aritzazko zura barne zoruetan.

Eraikinak izaera publiko argia dauka, kanpo espazio anitzekin: behe oineko sarrerako lorategia, lakaren ondoko oinezko ibilbidea, lehenengo solairuraino iristen dena eta golf zelaiko eta lakuen ikuspegi ederrak eskaintzen dituena.

Lakuen kanpo espazioekin batera, eraikinak « Las Margas Golf » urbanizazioaren puntu zentrala bilakatzen da.

Le club-house est situé au rez-de-chaussée cherchant sa proximité avec le terrain de golf. Un toit aménagé en espace vert et un travail topographique minutieux permettent que ce niveau puisse s’intégrer comme un autre coteau dans le parcours du trou 9. Les bouches de sortie se présentent donc comme «creusées» dans ce singulier versant artificiel.

L'hôtel est une boîte de pierre autonome, élevée, avec une géométrie simple, catégorique, reconnaissable de loin, une référence dans le paysage.

Entre ces deux utilisations, on a situé le café - bar, le restaurant et le club social, dans un étage entièrement vitré, sur lequel "flotte" le volume des chambres. Le restaurant, du côté Est, a une vue sur les lacs, le café sur la terrasse Sud, et le club-house domine le parcours de golf.

Un motif décoratif en forme de grecque est répété au long de tout le bâtiment: c’est un dessin qui simule la formation géologique du "fliss", les couches géologiques visibles en raison de l'érosion. Ce dessin est montré sur les murs en béton à l'extérieur, sur les murs de pierre et la cloison en verre-bois du rez-de-chaussée et sur le verre des chambres de l'hôtel. Il s'agit d'une conception unique qui est devenue la «Marque» de l'Hôtel.

Les matériaux utilisés dans le bâtiment sont: la pierre "Bateig" sur la toiture et les façades, le bois de "Carapeira" sur les sols extérieurs et une cloison en verre au rez-de-chaussée. Des murs préfabriqués en béton à l’extérieur et de l’ardoise sur les murs intérieurs. La pierre de "Calatorao" sur les sols et le bois de chêne sur les planchers tout au long de l'intérieur du bâtiment.

C´est un bâtiment ouvert, avec des espaces publics tels que le jardin d'accès au rez de chaussée et la promenade au bord du lac, qui conduit aux terrasses du premier étage d'où l’on a une vue magnifique sur les lacs et le champ de golf.

Ensemble avec l'espace public des lacs, le bâtiment deviendra un point central, un centre d'activité du lotissement « Las Margas Golf ».

The clubhouse is located on the ground floor of the Hotel close to the golf course. The green roof and a careful topographical work makes possible to integrate this floor as another hillside in the 9th hole path. The outlets to the course are therefore excavated in this singular artificial hillside.

The hotel is a stone box, high-rise, with a simple geometry, definitive, recognizable from a distance, a reference on the landscape.

Among these two uses is located the fully glazed restoration floor, at the top of wich “floats” the bedroom volume. This floor provides service to the golf and the hotel, with the restaurant beside the lakes in the East side, the cafeteria towards the South terrace and the social club dominating the golf course.

There is a decorative motif that is repeated throughout the whole construction: a drawing that imitates the geological formation called « fliss » (strata visible thanks to the erosion). This drawing is shown on the outside concrete walls, the stone walls, the wood-glass partition at the ground floor and the glass in all the hotel bedrooms. Its an unique design that has became the Hotel mark.

The building has a clear public purpose, with outer spaces such as the entrance garden in the ground floor, the footpath next to the lake that gives access to the first floor terraces, wich have beautiful views of the lake, and the golf course itself.
